A clearer follow-up list
Know which invoices
need your attention.
Review current invoice balances and prepare a reminder you can check before sending.
Start with your export
Import your invoice CSV
Use a current remaining-balance column, or invoice totals with amounts already paid. Dates must use YYYY-MM-DD; amounts must be plain decimals. Results reflect this export: verify against your records before sending.
Maximum file size: 5 MB. Example formats: remaining balances or totals and amounts paid.
Supported currencies and input formats
Use three-letter currency codes. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, PHP, SGD, HKD, INR, CHF, CNY, MYR, THB, IDR, ZAR, BRL, MXN, AED and SAR support up to two decimal places. JPY, KRW, VND and CLP support whole amounts only. Other currencies are flagged for review.
Dates: YYYY-MM-DD, such as 2026-10-06. Amounts: 1250.50, without currency symbols or thousands separators. Map your column names below; ambiguous dates and invalid amounts are flagged rather than guessed.
Map your columns
Choose which fields identify invoices and remaining amounts. Column names are flexible; dates and amounts follow the formats above.
Review the exceptions
See overdue balances and rows that need a closer look. Different currencies stay separate.
